  • An Apple a Day . . .

What is so good about an apple? Is it the color, ranging from ruby red to pale pink? Is it the crunch? The sweetness? Or is it, instead, a combination of all of these qualities, plus the natural goodness derived from the apple's secret ingredients — phytonutrients? If this were a multiple choice quiz, the answer would be "all of the above". Importantly, in addition to possessing numerous appealing physical qualities, apples contain an abundance of health-promoting biochemicals known as phytonutrients.1,2 These specific organic molecules are derived not only from apples but many other fresh fruits and vegetables, and help power the immune system, protect against cancer, maintain healthy eyes, and assist cells in clearing out metabolic waste products such as free radicals. ...

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "I have been seeing Dr. Kay and he has been awesome. Everyone in their office is very helpful and inviting. I would highly recommend them!"
    Katie M. London, ON
  • "Dr. Jeff (Harris) and the front staff at Kay Harris are simply wonderful. They are so accomodating to families (showing up late/early, rescheduling last minute, etc). The office is always busy, but I've never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to see Dr. Jeff.
I didn't realize all of the benefits of chiropractic care until I started taking my newborn there and was able to see improvements within a few treatments. Now my entire family goes to see Dr, Jeff, including myself."
    Amy R. London, ON
  • "We are truly grateful for the care we have received from Dr. Harris and the team at Kay Harris Chiropractic. Dr. Harris helped me overcome the challenges of chronic neck and back pain. He also assisted our children with attention and digestive issues. There has been a significant improvement in our children's immune system since commencing regular chiropractic care. Neither child has had a fever in almost one year! Our entire family visits Dr. Harris on a regular basis to ensure we maintain a healthy immune system. We highly recommend Dr. Harris for full family chiropractic care."

  • "I want to share my experience with Kay Harris Chiropractic and Wellness Centre. Since the very first time I phoned the office, in severe pain, I was treated with respect, kindness and empathy. I was fit in the same day as a new patient/emergency. Since that visit, and every visit thereafter, I have also been treated with kindness, respect, empathy and concern. I have arrived in a lot of pain, I have been in tears, I have felt discouraged...and every time I leave there feeling better then when I arrived. They do not treat you like you are entering a business, they treat you like a friend. From the ladies at the front desk, to my favorite Chiropractor, Dr. Dan Kay, I am treated with respect and kindness. Everything is explained as you go along. Everyone is positive and encouraging. I highly recommend this Chiropractic office. Thank you everyone for always being just plain old nice...it is so appreciated."
